The Paneer Maker is a stainless steel perforated container with a removable base and a top lid. Just strain curdled cheese and place inside the container and place lid on top. Put a heavy weight item on top of lid and keep aside. After about an hour or so, all liquid would have drained out. Remove the lid, and flip the container and slide out nice firm paneer cheese, ready to use as needed! Paneer can now be used to cook, grill or fry.
