Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified only if they have not been shipped.

What are the shipping charges?
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- ₹50 shipping charge on orders below ₹499
Do you deliver outside India?
No. Currently, HAZEL Kitchenware delivers only within India.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Shipping damage
- Incorrect product delivered
Most returns are completed within 7 days.Please write to abbasmueen@valueretail.in to initiate a return.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 8 working days after dispatch.
(Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.)
What if I’m not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partners will make up to three delivery attempts before returning the order to our warehouse.
Please ensure your mobile number is correct to help with smooth delivery.
I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
Check your email and SMS for delivery updates.

Is it safe to save my card details during checkout?
Yes. All card details are securely stored in Razorpay’s Card Vault, which is PCI DSS compliant and uses advanced encryption to protect your payment information.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once payment is successful, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email
An SMS on your registered mobile number
What happens if payment is deducted but the order fails?
Failed transactions are usually reversed within 7 business days, depending on your bank.
If the amount has been credited to us, we will initiate the refund within 2 working days.
