Return, Refund & Cancellations

At HAZEL Kitchenware, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

Returns

Customers can request a return within 7 working days of receiving the product.

Important (Damaged Product Policy):
If your product arrives damaged, please share clear photos of the damaged item along with the outer packaging while initiating the return request. This helps us process your case faster.  

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Go to My Profile on the website

  • Click on My Account

  • Select Your Orders

  • Choose the order you wish to return

  • Click on Return Order and follow the instructions

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received at our return centre and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–9 working days and credited to your original payment method or bank account.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

How to Cancel an Order:

  • Visit My Profile

  • Click on My Account

  • Go to Your Orders

  • Select the order you want to cancel

  • Choose Cancel Order

Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please follow the return process after delivery.

Refund for Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 7–9 working days.
