Once your claim is reviewed & the contact process is complete. Your warranty will be claimed in 7-10 working days.
Warranty Disclaimer
Covers any manufacturing defects.
We will repair any broken parts of a product using new or replacement parts, if the product is still under warranty.
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
- Rusting of Steel Products Due To Usage Of Hard Water
- Etc.

- Product with Manufacturing defect or Damage should be shipped to us for verification.
- Pure copper product will show green or black color after use, which is not defect & can be cleaned. This will not be covered under warranty.
- Rusting of iron products will not be covered as pure iron catch rust if not used & cleaned properly.
- Don’t use metal spoon & scrubber to clean Nonstick & Hard anodized products & warranty will not be covered for the same.
- Small scratches & dents on baking moulds will not be considered defects.
